Orders placed on Detailing Notch are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday) after successful order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Non-metro & remote locations: 4–6 business days

6. Undelivered / Return-to-Origin (RTO) Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons such as:

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The shipment may be returned to our facility.

Once the returned product is received, our team will contact the customer. Re-dispatch of prepaid orders may be considered and may involve additional shipping charges.

Ownership of the product and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided at checkout.
