Refund policy

1. Overview

At Detailing Notch, every product is quality-checked before dispatch.
Detailing Notch is a brand owned and operated by Commercial Wheels, having its registered office at A-47, Upper Ground Floor, GT Karnal Road Industrial Area, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi – 110033, India.

As a standard policy, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or has been received in a damaged condition.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement request will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear images and/or an unedited video showing the defect, damage, and outer packaging are shared

  • The product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging

  • The product is shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery after approval

Any product showing signs of usage, tampering, alteration, or mishandling will not be eligible for replacement.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All products sold on Detailing Notch are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects.
We do not support returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, or dissatisfaction after use.

4. Replacement Process

Once your request is received and verified:

  • Our team will review the submitted proof

  • If approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost

  • Replacement will be processed only after the defective or damaged product is received by us

5. Refund Policy

Detailing Notch does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or store credits under any circumstances.
Approved cases of damage or manufacturing defects will be resolved strictly through replacement of the product only.

No monetary refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Liability

Detailing Notch and Commercial Wheels shall not be not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers beyond initial delivery verification.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to replacement of the affected product only.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts located in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this policy.
